Founded in 1975, the company's business focuses on the R&D and production of functional apparel as its core.
Since its establishment, the company has continued to deepen its manufacturing capabilities, from its early focus on processing and manufacturing, it has gradually developed into a complete system with raw material development, sampling, production management and quality control.
In 2012, the company went public, became more transparent in corporate governance, and accelerated equipment upgrades and vertical integration to enhance product technology content and production efficiency.
The company specializes in waterproof, windproof, warm, abrasion-resistant, breathable and other knitted and woven high-functionality apparel, and serves as a hub for integrating end-market demand and midstream and upstream raw material supply, providing one-stop services from research and development, design, sampling to garment manufacturing.
In terms of international layout, we currently have four overseas production bases: Vietnam, China, Laos and Myanmar, exporting to the world. Through cross-regional factory collaboration, we have formed a flexible international supply chain.
With innovative R&D and process integration, the company will launch apparel products from 2023 onwards. The company has won the ISPO TextrendsAward, the textile industry's benchmark for international functional textile trends, which demonstrates the company's top strength and outstanding achievements in product development and technology in the international market.

Vietnam Production Facility (established in 2007): This WRAP-certified facility capitalizes on Vietnam's strong textile supply chain and logistics infrastructure. We specialize in complex apparel manufacturing, including performance sportswear, sports and casual wear, technical outerwear such as ski and mountaineering wear, waterproof and breathable technology, high-end stitching and bonding technology, and durable workwear. We are equipped with modern equipment for precision cutting, sewing and finishing and follow a multi-stage quality assurance process that meets international standards. Designed for demanding projects in the US market, our Vietnam factory offers the perfect combination of technology, skills and productivity.
Production sites in Myanmar (Plant 1 established in 2000 and Plant 2 established in 2013): Our production site in Myanmar enjoys a significant advantage of duty-free access to the EU market, providing our customers with a more competitively priced alternative to the European market. Plant 2 in Myanmar is also BSCI and WRAP certified, demonstrating our commitment to socially responsible and ethical sourcing.
Laos Production Facility (established in 2015): Similar to Myanmar, our Laos production facility enjoys duty-free access to the EU market and is WRAP certified, providing European customers with high-quality and cost-effective production options.
In addition to these three major production bases, the company also has an ISO and WRAP certified production facility in Mainland China (established in 2004), which serves customers mainly in the US market. Together, these overseas production bases form a strong global manufacturing capability for Minwang Industrial Co., Ltd. which allows us to flexibly deploy our production capacity to meet the needs of diversified markets.
