Founded in 1975, the company focuses on the R&D and production of functional apparel as its core business.

Since its establishment, the company has continued to deepen its manufacturing capabilities. Evolving from its early focus on processing and manufacturing, it has developed a comprehensive system spanning raw material development, sampling, production management, and quality control.
In 2012, the company went public, enhancing transparency in corporate governance while accelerating equipment upgrades and vertical integration to boost product technology and production efficiency.
The company specializes in waterproof, windproof, thermal, abrasion-resistant, and breathable knitted and woven high-performance apparel. Serving as a hub that integrates end-market demand with midstream and upstream raw material supply, we provide one-stop services from research and development, design, and sampling to garment manufacturing.

In terms of international footprint, we currently operate four overseas production bases in Vietnam, China, Laos, and Myanmar, exporting globally. Through cross-regional factory collaboration, we have formed a flexible international supply chain.

Driven by R&D innovation and process integration, the company's apparel products launched since 2023 have repeatedly won the ISPO Textrends Award—a benchmark in the textile industry—showcasing the company's top-tier strength and outstanding achievements in product development and technology on the international stage.

Vietnam Production Facility (Established in 2007) This WRAP-certified facility capitalizes on Vietnam's robust textile supply chain and advanced logistics infrastructure. We specialize in complex apparel manufacturing, including high-performance sportswear, activewear, casual wear, and technical outerwear such as ski and mountaineering gear. The facility integrates cutting-edge waterproof-breathable technologies, premium stitching, and ultrasonic bonding techniques, alongside durable workwear production. Equipped with modern machinery for precision cutting, sewing, and finishing, the plant adheres to a multi-stage quality assurance process that meets rigorous international standards. Engineered for demanding projects, our Vietnam factory offers global brands the perfect synergy of technology, skill, and high productivity.

Myanmar Production Sites (Plant 1: Est. 2000 / Plant 2: Est. 2013) Strategically positioned to leverage duty-free access (GSP) to the European Union, our Myanmar facilities provide European clients with a highly cost-competitive sourcing alternative. Demonstrating our steadfast commitment to socially responsible and ethical sourcing, Plant 2 is both BSCI and WRAP certified, ensuring the highest standards of workplace compliance.

Laos Production Facility (Established in 2015) Mirroring our strategy in Myanmar, the Laos production facility utilizes duty-free access to the EU market. This WRAP-certified facility offers European customers an exceptional combination of high-quality craftsmanship and cost-effective production solutions.

Mainland China Production Facility (Established in 2004) Complementing our three major hubs, our facility in Mainland China is ISO and WRAP certified, primarily catering to premier brands in the US market.
