Shih Hsin University Interviews HAKERS Industrial: Focusing on Three Core Strategies: ESG, AI Transformation and Global Resilience
In an interview with Shih Hsin University, HAKERS Chairman, Ms. Ying-Xuan Chen, elaborated on the company's three growth strategies in the face of global changes, emphasizing on creating long-term value for shareholders:
Sustainability and brand innovation (ESG):
With our own brand "Hakers" as the core, we specialize in the research and development of high-performance, environmentally friendly functional apparel.
By actively practicing resource recycling and utilizing garment trimmings for remanufacturing, as well as seamless lamination and ultrasonic cutting technologies, our products have won numerous ISPO awards and consolidated our market leadership.
II. AI and Digital Transformation (Efficiency):
Facing the market trend of small quantity and variety, we have introduced semi-automated production and data analysis to realize rapid market response and precise inventory management.
We plan to apply AI in production line optimization, supply chain management and sales forecasting to accelerate the digital upgrading of traditional industries.
Multi-national presence and corporate resilience (risk management):
Before the outbreak of international trade conflicts, we had completed the deployment of production bases in Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos and other countries.
This flexible globalization strategy effectively diversifies geopolitical risks and ensures that the company can continue to steadily adjust its production capacity, demonstrating its strong corporate resilience.
HAKERS will continue to invest in cross-domain talent cultivation and industry-academia cooperation to meet the challenges and achieve sustainable growth with a steady innovation strategy.
